If you are sending us your design please make sure the designs are clear and in PNG. They will be printed as Is.

Rent me must be returned within one day after event. We will schedule your drop off time at pick up or delivery day.

If local Customer must return arch after event. Next day drop off will be scheduled . Pick up fee if we need to come back after event to pick up. Return address and time will be disclosed at arch pick up or drop off.
Due to the nature of this product. No refunds will be given. Please size accordingly and send only clear PNG photos or designs
SHIPPING INFO
We ship 1-2 business days after receiving order Custom (we design)orders allow up to 7 business days to complete and shipped. All orders for rent please add date. Date for event must be at least a week in advance. If within 3 days of event you must pay a rush fee of $50. Henry County Georgia residence will be a $30 travel fee. Anyone outside of Henry County can schedule to pick up.
